Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and inspected, and meets the required conditions, the exchange will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases of defective or damaged products.
To be eligible for a refund:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) of the defect
If approved:
• A full refund will be issued, or
